"The following pictures are from a few trips we made to Peru between October 2006 and January of 2008, when we found the best tasting , highest quality Pisco distillery in Ica. We had a great time getting to know our counterpart in Peru (Bodega Yanquiza) which is run by Jesus Hernandez-Alvarez and his family. It has been a long, tedious, yet enjoyable 24 month process. We hope that our patience, perseverence and strive for perfection will come out in our final product (poixen) for all to enjoy."
