In July of 1997, the Canepa family began a CD and DVD distribution company called ULTIMA Records Inc. Focusing on the licensing and distribution of quality latin music, great customer service and competitive prices, they were able to enjoy great success and build great partnerships and friends in the interim.
After enjoying 10 years in the music industry, The Canepa family decided to pursue additional interests in the Spirits industry.
Of Peruvian decent, the Canepa family began a search for another quality product that would fit in the realm of distribution and entertainment. And after 18 months of research and development, POIXEN PISCO was discovered and Canepa Spirits Inc was born.
The founders of Canepa Spirits, Michael Canepa and Mario Canepa, are truly proud and excited to bring to you this Premium Quality Spirit that is reminiscent of their culture and heritage.
