Distilled From Quebranta Grapes

Pisco (from Quechua: pisqu, little bird) is a clear liquor distilled from grapes made in the wine-producing regions of Peru. The oldest written historical record of Pisco production dates back to the year 1613.

Imported from Ica, Peru, this premium pisco is hand-made by the artesian family: Hernandez-Alvarez. They have been producing this spirit for over four generations.

poixen (poy-zen) is a pure premium quality Pisco that is distilled from quebranta grapes in copper stills called alambiques.
